Curse the World

Someone needs to write Prego and let them know that they have messed up royally. Don't they know that everyone sells pasta in bags with 8 servings a package? So why do they and everyone else in the industry make pasta sauce in 6 serving jars? I thought the food companies learned their lesson from the hot dog / bun fiasco...or have they?

Don't you just hate food that requires math...

If I were a betting person, I'd bet that you paid the same for the six-serving jar that you used to pay for the eight-serving jar......

[Sigh] - no - they didn't learn from the hot dog people!

Tom, you are obviously enjoying some time off. The answer to this dilemna is to make your own sauce, cook less than a package of pasta, or eat the leftve pasta another day after frying it with an egg and whatever other leftovers you may have. Think outside the box, man!

Who uses what Prego considers a "serving size" anyway? I like my spaghetti drowning in sauce. I say buy two bottles for one package of pasta and you'll be right on.
